Spell check and proof read before sending or posting because errors make you look uneducated.

If you are using Hotmail or Outlook, turn on the spell checker. For Yahoo Mail, you must click the spell check button. If there is not a spell checker write the message in a word processing program with a spell checker. Then copy and paste it into the message.

Proof read because spell checkers do not tell you if you used the wrong word.

2. Proofread by re-reading the message after you spell check it.
