Netiquette

Good rules. Proper engagement tools.

Friends First Social Network Netiquette Rules

It is good Netiquette to include contacts in content. Do focus on your friends.

Explanation

People who include their friends in social interaction get a lot of it. No one should put their friends before their family or own needs. Ask yourself how you can help your friends and your friends will help you.

Internet Etiquette

The Internet accommodates personal interests. It is, for the most part, a personal experience that allows users to search for information. Social Networking is about connecting with contacts on a personal level based on interest. Helpful content brings us into contact. Using the words, 'we', 'our', and 'us' instead of 'I' creates relationships with content viewers because they are inclusive in context. Use 'I' as little as possible.

Netiquette

Use the words, we, our, and us instead of I because it increases engagement with inclusion.
