It is good Netiquette to respect book reviews. Don't let negative feedback get to you.
Everyone has an opinion. Freedom allows people to share it. Reviews are the opinions of people who have read a work. Reviewers have a right to share their opinion in a free internet. Not all bad reviews are genuine. Some are motivated by payment and hatred.
As long as a review is not using curse words or language banned from the network respect it. Report foul language. If someone goes out of their way to write a negative review most people can see right through it. It is usually done to evoke a response, drawing more attention to it.
Respect negative reviews because arguing is negative. Stay positive.
