Social media, ecommerce, and streaming video sites all require an email address to open an account. Personal is different from professional email. There are a whole different set of rules.
Netiquette is the social code of the internet, given the meanings of the words it comes from, network and etiquette. The internet is a network. A network is a collection of computers that can communicate. Etiquette is a social code. This makes netiquette the social code of the internet.

Distinguish yourself professionally by following proper email netiquette. The rules of professional email netiquette are the norms and common conventions. Effective communication good netiquette. It is clear and concise communication that is understood by the intended recipient.

Professional email privacy is essential to complete the mission of any business with competition. Ask yourself, could a reasonable person expect me to keep it private? Many courts use a reasonable person standard. If a reasonable person could expect it to be private then it probable is considered private. For example, a reasonable person may believe a confidentiality agreement prohibits forwarding an email.
Please be advised, Do not forward messages with confidentiality agreements in the signature without the sender’s permission. The confidentiality agreement in the signature prohibits it. That's what all that legal mumbo jumbo means.
An email is an electronic message sent through the internet via an application found on a website. Free accounts are available from Yahoo Mail, Gmail, or Hotmail. Internet Service Providers, domains, and other services provide fee based email accounts. Given that free accounts are available and paid accounts come with many services, everyone should have an email address.
