- Models are promoting themselves not trying to hook up.

Your Profile is the overall look and feel of your MySpace page. Your Layout is the background picture combined with any other coding you use to change your MySpace profile. MySpace is a social network that is dominated by Hip Hop and indie pop bands. MySpace created the social network format with innovative thinking. The focus of the network is entertainment. There is less moderation of content and there are few limits on friending. MySpace is defining itself as a Hip Hop brand with Justin Timberlake as a minority owner and several high profile hip hop take overs of the site. This does not mean that it is only for Hip-Hop. MySpace allows people to express themselves, which is not always entertainment. As long as it is positive it is good netiquette. Positive Hip-Hop is good netiquette.
