Keyboards get a lot of input. Dirt from fingers rubs off on them. Dust from the air. Hair from our heads.
There are various methods and techniques for cleaning them. Canned air is used to blow debris from the cracks of keys. Cloths are used to wipe away dirt. Brushes are used to remove particles.
When keyboards get dirty they may malfunction. Keys sometimes stick or stop working altogether. Germs may get on our hands. This can make us sick. A broken computer is a safety risk to ourselves and our data.
Clean computer keyboards because they may stick if dirty or get us sick from germs.
